We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we do offer same-day rides based on availability. For recurring appointments like dialysis, we can set up standing scheduled rides.
Absolutely! Our drivers are trained to assist you from your door to the vehicle and from the vehicle to your destination’s entrance. We provide full curb-to-curb and door-to-door service for both wheelchair and ambulatory passengers.

We serve Rockwall, Fate, Royse City, Rowlett, Garland, Wylie, Sachse, Greenville, and surrounding areas in Rockwall County and the greater DFW metroplex. Contact us if you need service outside these areas — we may be able to accommodate your request.

Yes! Our fleet includes ADA-compliant, wheelchair-accessible vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts and secure tie-down systems. All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for your safety.
We operate Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday rides are available by appointment. For emergencies or special scheduling needs, please call us directly.
